Who Is It For?
This chair is perfect for someone that has a bad back because of the well-designed lumber support and the waterfall padding, it stops leg fatigue as well.
Because this seat is so comfortable, it makes a perfect choice for people that need to sit down for long hours.
This chair is not the most durable so I would ONLY say it’s for people that need to sit down for only an hour or 2 a day. Any longer than that and it will start flaking way too early, and probably break in less than a year.

- It’s padded so good that it will make someone with a bad back fall in love with this chair. It is very comfortable and capable of holding a weight capacity of 250 pounds
- It’s very easy to set up and takes no tools to assemble it, which is great to see in a chair of this size
- This chair also contains the rocking feature, where you can unlock the adjustment and lean back while you take a break from your work
- BOSS does have extremely good customer service
- The arm rests are also padded, something not every executive chair includes
Cons
- This chair is way too expensive, considering how low quality it is
- It’s not actually durable and will start peeling away before you know it
- Only recommended for someone 6 feet or shorter
- The upholstery isn’t actually leather, so they’re trying to claim something that simply isn’t correct
- Too many people are claiming that this chair will break in less than a year (you will be lucky if it goes over a year)
Do I Recommend This Chair?
That’s an easy NO. For the price of this chair, it simply isn’t worth it. When you hear a couple of people saying that the material off this chair starts flaking within a few months, it doesn’t seem too bad.
But then you keep seeing different people reporting the same problem, you know this chair is absolutely rubbish, low quality and a waste of money.
Not to mention that many people are claiming that this chair will actually break in a few months as well.
There’s no way I would recommend a chair for this price and this low quality.
Similar Chairs
The Serta Executive Office Chair is actually more preferred for you, it is much cheaper and actually a lot more durable too. Because it isn’t leather, it won’t ever start flaking.
Even the AmazonBasics Mid-Back Office Chair isn’t the best quality, however it is a lot cheaper, even though it’s not as padded as the other chairs mentioned, at least it won’t start flaking and I find that it will last longer too.
My Final Opinion
IMO, I don’t see why this chair costs this much.
To get the most out of this chair, I would say that a maximum of 1-2 hours of use per day is good enough to make this chair last for a long time.
For a chair at this price, that is simply not worth it.
The chair DOES have some good features, but if it was actually a lot more durable and capable of lasting for years then it might be a different story.
When you pay for an office chair at this price, you would expect it to last 2-3 years minimum. I’m going to make it easy for you. Don’t buy this garbage, I would rather you spend your money on the Serta Executive Office Chair.
